Information Architect

We are looking for an Information Architect, with 5+ years of experience, including similar positions held within an agency, to effectively lead architecture builds and user interaction design for client websites and microsites that optimize user experience that elicits desired response and results.
This is a temp-to-perm position. This position will interface regularly with creative, production, media and account teams, and report to the Director of Response Strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with creative teams (creative director, writers, designers), producers, and development teams to define UI requirements, site maps, pageflows, wireframes and clickable prototypes to create intuitive and easy to use interfaces for digital deliverables.
- Analyze and synthesize user research & understanding to define appropriate functionality and product requirements to drive future redesigns.
- Create and maintain all documentation including use cases, specifications, navigation, wireframes and the clear presentation of the proposed solution to internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with content, visual design, and technical teams to ensure that all applicable standards are applied, and that the final product achieves goals.
- Own the requirements gathering process; lead usability testing and user research related to interface design.
- Review campaign reports and site usage analytics to evaluate performance of solutions and identify areas of improvement.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years professional experience as an IA/UED, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
- Strong leadership, people and negotiating skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within project teams. The position requires constant collaboration and communication with colleagues.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective website designs across multiple industries and for various audiences. Proven track record and a passion for designing user interfaces that drive users to desired actions.
- Ability to operate in a complex environment of multiple projects and stakeholders and to participate in several projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing Psychology or related program is desired.
- Previous visual design experience and ability to build prototypes in HTML, Flash, or another environment is a huge plus.

PR Strategist

We are looking for a PR Strategist, with 5+ years of experience, including positions held within the B2B financial services sector, to effectively lead PR efforts for its B2B financial services client. For all phases of launch and ongoing program management, the PR Strategist will work with internal and external teams to capitalize on the buzz and build momentum of the program in traditional (i.e. press release distribution, article crafting, media list building and press kit development), as well as seek and grow opportunities in the digital and social networking media channels.
This is a temp-to-perm position and is supported by junior account staff and full service agency infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop social media plan and make recommendations to reaching target communities on such channels as LinkedIn, bloggers, Facebook, and relevant B2B networking sites
- Develop media list and press kit for program and distribution
- Research and develop speaking/sponsorship calendar
- Develop format and content for eNewsletters
- Develop PowerPlay program and calendar
- Craft white paper outline, content and distribution
- Write press materials and byline articles
- Continue to build out influential database of press contacts
- Begin building editorial calendar for launch distribution and fan base building for social media
- Develop and oversee webinar plan
- Monitor and follow-up on press release response
- Oversee pitching to relevant media channels
- Continue to solicit speaking opportunities throughout all project launch phases and manage ongoing engagement calendar
- Craft reports of program successes for client use
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PR experience, preferably a proven track record of building and maintaining buzz and brand awareness for B2B tech and financial service clients
- Experience in promoting, hosting and recording Webinars
- Must have crafted and executed successful Web 2.0 outreach and awareness programs with demonstrable results
- Must have a demonstrated track record of building both corporate and product presence, resulting in increased brand/product awareness and web traffic
- Proven media relationships, both online and traditional, including exceptional results with top tier national business and trade media. Financial category experience a must.
- Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- Background demonstrating a creative and innovative approach to building social media plans
- A true team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong verbal, visual and written skills – specifically in crafting press releases, newsletters, white papers, and news advisory alerts
- Be a passionate problem-solver who derives pleasure in forming an authentic brand voice in traditional and non-traditional venues
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or marketing.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
